What is TactiX? |

TactiX is a service that enables search and email reception of the equity transitions of institutional investors investing in Japanese stocks based on large shareholding reports submitted to Japan's Financial Services Agency. |

What does using TactiX enable a user to do? |

In addition to browsing and searching the information of large shareholding reports submitted by major investors in listed companies, using charts that display transitions in the shareholding ratios of professional investors and stock price time sequences enables easy analysis of stock supply and demand trends. |

What are large shareholding reports? |
| A: |
These are reports that an investor must submit to the FSA when holding at least 5% of the shares of the issued stock of a listed company and making a trade that represents more than 1% of that stock. This information is published through the FSA's EDINET. |

What kind of services can be received when registering as a member? |
| A: |
Upon registering an email address, users will be able to browse and search large shareholding reports and view TactiX charts that display transitions in the shareholding ratios of professional investors and stock price time sequences, and by registering key institutional investors and listed companies, receive emails containing information on relevant large shareholding reports. |

After entering your member information, did you click on the URL in the confirmation email sent by the Company? Clicking on this link completes the member registration process. |

Click the login button at the top of the Disclosure News top page while leaving the email address and password entry fields blank. You will see "*Click here to resend the registration completion email." Perform the resend procedure. |

Emails may be delayed from the Company’s distribution time due to the existing technical characteristics of the Internet or email distribution system. |
